Just over an hour from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Knoxville. You can have it all at our place...famous tourist areas and peace and quiet when you get "home"! Our home sleeps 10 comfortably. Our family of 7 fit comfortably in this 3/2. The view of the mountains were gorgeous. Plenty of wild life around, tons of cute bunnies and deer! There is a creek on the property where you can pan for gold. We didn't find any but had fun pranking the kids, and playing in the water. This was a great find.. economical for a group, extremely well appointed (we could easily cook for our crowd in this place), and the host was incredibly responsive, (we had a tiny repair issue with the home that was resolved within minutes of notifying the host- amazing). This is a fantastic rural getaway with countless stars and an easy walk down to the creek. We would definitely book here again. There were plenty of linens for the kitchen and all 9 of us. The short, but lovely walk down to the creek was wonderful and we had a great time panning for gold!
