We decided to upgrade your apartment in one of the reservations and explained to you that you will have to move to the original apartment that you have booked for the dates 30.08-01.09 Our staff(and the manager) tried to explain it to you in a very kind and polite manner that the hotel is fully booked and we did not have the option to give the same apartment during the entire stay 29.08-01.09 As a response, you refused to understand and acted disrespectfully towards our staff(and manager). We hope you can see that the staff upgraded you free of charge as a gesture of goodwill and not in order to cause you any inconvenience"
