La chambre est correcte, la propreté un peu moins. La cuisine traditionnelle est très bonne, le reste est présomptueux. La piscine est bien, l'acces direct à la plage est manquant. Il a fallu pleurer pour avoir une chambre correcte, la première donnait sur les toits.

Il faisait très beau c’est dommage qu’on ne nous aut pas signalé que la piscine était fermée alors que sue le site c’était précis lors de la réservation piscine Et j’ai reçu un mail de l’hôtel disant que j’étais surclassée mais sur place ça n’a pas été fait . Très bien mais attention au parking
Mis à part le parking le dej août s’est très bine passé. Le parking est payant 80nis par jour mais à chaque sortie il faut payer 80 nis même si on reste dans le parking 5 mn. Il n’y a pas d’arrangement possible avec l’hôtel car ce n’est pas leur parking.

Je pense que c’est le meilleur petit déjeuner et le plus varié que j’ai rencontré . Il faudrait peut être 3 ou 4 matins pour goûter à tout . Il était excellent et hyper varié . Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Enfin l’hôtel est très récent et donc très moderne . Il faut garder ce même niveau d’excellence. C’est tout l’enjeu !

Service et propreté déplorable
Points négatifs: très mal reçu, aucun sens du service. Inacceptable pour un hotel 5*. Le studio était convenable mais la propreté de la chambre était alarmante. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait. Le service général n'est pas a la hauteur d'un hotel 5* encore une fois. Regretable car cela est venu entaché notre séjour a Tel Aviv. Points positifs: hotel bien situé, juste derrière la plage. Très belle piscine situé au 4ème étage.
