We enjoyed staying in this apartment. It is on the 15th floor and has a great sea view. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. Walking distance to the sea. Easy access parking in the building. Supermarkets close by. Clean. For us it was the ideal place to stay in order to relax in between our busy visits to various parts of Israel. Just be aware that as in many other places in Israel there are construction works going on here as well. That was no issue to us, we slept very well with the windows shut. The apartment is well above the works. Unfortunately we didn't have time to read the books written by the owner. Maybe next time ;-) ##### Armand S. We enjoyed the large deck and views around the city and the sea. Parking was easy and the beach near his place was really nice. His place is very clean and inviting. The book with instructions about almost everything was helpful. Also liked that the books he wrote are there for you to read. I didn’t have time to read them but ordered them to read later. We rented a car and it was an easy drive many places from this apartment. Would recommend to others. ##### Ray F.
