The 120 m apartment offers a luxurious experience for all types of visitors.  
  
It has 3 spacious bedrooms with a large living room and balcony.  
  
The apartment is 3 min walk from the beaches of Bat Yam, from the promenade, bars and restaurants.  
  
  
Fully equipped kitchen and dinning table for your dinning pleasure.  
  
Other benefits:

The Neighborhood:  
The apartment is in a new neighborhood called: "Park Ha Yam".  
  
This is a luxury neighborhood in the city of Bat Yam, very developed.  
  
The neighborhood has an impressive boulevard of towers with a spectacular view of the sea. Shopping and shopping centers and a variety of attractions for families, groups and more.  
  
In addition, there is access to public transportation, and highways and quick access to the city of Tel Aviv.  
  
Getting Around:  
The city has lots of public transportation points based mostly on buses.  
  
In addition, there are 2 train stations leading to the north, south and center of the country.  
  
The city is built in a comfortable way so it is also convenient to walk in it and experience the city in an ideal way.  
  
In addition, there are many parking spaces in the city and it is not as crowded as the city of Tel Aviv for example. Which allows you to move around comfortably with a car.

4\. Parties - the apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.
