The house equipped with a separate air condition for each floor, wireless internet (Wifi), TV sets with international channels in most of the bedrooms The first floor, 140sqm with a luxury marble floor, is a big living room, include a dinning table for 10-14 people, a full equipped kitchen, study room, guest bathroom, maid's room with a separate entrance and maid's kitchen The fully equipped, modern kitchen include Samsun double door fridge, microwave, oven, dish washer, dishes/plates and kitchenware etc On the second floor are 4 bedrooms, include one suite and two bathrooms with Wc. On the third floor, located the Master suite, with a king size bed, modern new bathroom and Wc and its own large roof terrace with spectacular sea view. On the roof of the house which covered by wooden deck, located a very special hot tub spa, with a spectacular Mediterranean Sea view and panoramic view of Herzelia Pituach. The owner was also friendly and communicative. However, overall the property was tired and fell well below our expectations for a luxury property. Furthermore, to avoid future mismatches of expectations, we suggest you check the other listing for this property (which has lots of reviews) and here are some questions you may wish to ask the owner in advance, if you are considering this property: Will all light and plumbing fixtures be in good working order? Will there be 10-20 cockroaches dying outside the property and occasionally inside near the doors? Will there be security cameras filming inside the property on the common areas such as kitchen, lounge, etc? (“because the insurance requires this”). Will all doors and windows lock properly? Will the owner show up on arrival with an additional contract to be signed, specifying that the tenant will need to pay electricity and water charges, require an additional cleaning charge beyond the cleaning charge paid at the time of the booking, and wanting credit card details in advance for these additional charges. Why are there air fresheners set up to regularly spray many locations on the ground floor? What is the condition of the washing machine and dryer? These are things I wish we had clarified before our stay, and that might have led to a better match of expectations and reality. I gave it three stars because of the location, size and pool.
