*The guest must supply a photo of the entry slip (B2 SLIP) before the check in, in order to avoid a VAT charge of 18%.
* On Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays - Municipality garbage clearance
**As part of the terms and conditions, a security deposit of 25,000 NIS will be secured by placing a hold (authorization) on your credit card. This hold will only reserve the amount on your credit limit and will not charge or debit your card unless there is damage or a violation of the terms. The deposit hold will be placed upon check-in and not before, even if the booking was made well in advance. If no claims are made, the hold will be released automatically within 7 days from the date it was placed.
