They are only activated when guests leave the house. Just a short walk from the sandy beach in Caleta de Caballo, Vista Mejía 1 offers guests an ideal location in a charming, tranquil town and a spectacular view of the bay. Stretching across 2 floors, the holiday property in tasteful, elegant decor consists of a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), one bathroom and a light-flooded living/dining room with wall-to-ceiling windows, which have a stunning view over the town’s white rooftops and the rugged, romantic bay. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and satellite television. Outside, round off your evenings with a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the colorful sunsets of Lanzarote. A selection of shops, local restaurants, grocery stores and cafes are located in the neighboring towns of La Santa and Soo, about a 5-minute drive away. Due to its dreamlike location, the small, local beach of Caleta de Caballo is just 100 m away and another sandy beach, Playa Mejías, is a 5-minute walk from your front door. Here you can sunbathe on the sand and admire the sparkling ocean before you. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. However, no sun comes into the balcony whatsoever and the roof terrace was closed off to us. Toilet needed fixing when we arrived and I had to ask host for an iron. Communication was very tricky. Worst of all….. the electricity was cut of at 9am on our check out day. Check out is not until 11 o clock. We could have been cooking breakfast at that point. We have NEVER EVER experienced this before and certainly were very unhappy about it. We would not book here again. ##### Andrew G. Views of the bay and village are beautiful and the roof terrace is also a nice bonus . Great base to swim ,hike and bike the snorkeling is great In the bay and on the point . The property is a mix of modern and traditional comfortable and relaxing we enjoyed eating out in La Santa and other local villages great food .
