Villa Casa Concha is located in a quiet area in Nazaret and impresses guests with its stunning outdoor area. The spacious, 2-storey property, which boasts views of the sea and the mountains, consists of a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, fans, heating, a washing machine, satellite television, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. In your private outdoor area you will find a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a pool and an outdoor shower. There is also a playground on the property. Relax with a good book on the sun loungers and dine on the furnished terraces in the evening. In a 7-minute walk you will reach the nearest restaurant and bar (450 m) and the closest supermarket is a 15-minute walk away (1.2 km). The centre of Teguise is a 4-minute drive away (2.5 km) where you will find a greater selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Playa Las Cucharas beach awaits your visit jut a 16-minute drive away (13.6 km) where you can unwind on the soft, white sand.

#### quartier residentiel proche d'arrecife et teguise

Pros: La terrasse très confortable avec une belle vue, des fauteuils en rotin et une nappe en tissu. La disposition de la maison ou il y a 1 chambre d'un côté et 2 de l'autre. 1 chambre lit 160 avec salle de bain attenante et un super matelas. Grandes penderies dans chaque chambre. Proche d'arrecife pour faire le plein de courses. 2 km de teguise pour aller prendre un verre. Cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner, ouverte sur la salle à manger. 4 transats et 2 parasols au bord de la piscine Logement bien situé pour rayonner. Cons: Rien
