Ideal for sports enthusiasts/triathletes or guests who just like to swim lengths while on holiday  situated directly behind beachfront villas in an elevated position but not at beachfront prices. Balcony for perfect al-fresco dining, with table, chairs and sun lounger. You will never feel over-crowded as the complex is split into 7 separate plazas, each with its own pool. Excellent value rental rates for this tastefully decorated villa, finished to a high standard with a colour scheme which was deliberately selected with the theme of "sea and sand" in mind and colours which we hope our guests will find refreshing, yet relaxing. Verde 15 has everything you need for a perfect self-catering holiday, including a fully fitted and equipped kitchen including washing machine, full-sized fridge freezer, ceramic hob and oven plus microwave. For those who like to cook an evening meal now and again, there is a table and chairs for more formal dining. An iron and ironing board is also provided as well as a hair dryer. Linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels included in price. Beach towels also provided. Mid clean and laundry change are not included in rental cost. For young children, a baby-cot, high chair, safety gate, fold-down buggy etc can all be hired at a weekly charge ranging from €10 to €20\. I can make these arrangements for you. NEAREST BEACH (Playa Bastian) 2 minute walk. Two more beaches - Playa Cucharas and Playa Jabillo (5-10 minute walk along promenade) SUPERMARKET on complex This holiday location is suited to families and couples - anyone who wants to get away from it all and have a thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing holiday in the sun Not suitable for the "young and lively" Verde 15 has been decorated and presented to a high standard and the complex is kept in excellent condition throughout the year - what you would expect to find on any 4\* complex: visitors to Verde 15 return year after year, some staying for up to eight weeks. I take a lot of pride in providing an honest, efficient and informative service to my guests. Nothing is too much trouble - just ask if you have any questions. Full clean on departure is included in your rental Additional costs for cleaning £30 (during your stay, if required - not necessary as the apartment is very easy to keep clean) Additional costs for bed linen and towel change half way through your holiday £20 (no need as there is a washing machine in the apartment) Launderette is available on site Welcome Pack cost £12.50 (not necessary as there is an on-site supermarket open 7am until 12 midnight daily) NONE of the above are mandatory: most of my guests prefer to pay less for the weekly rental and most do not select any of these additional services. All cleaning and laundering charges are set by the management company and are outside my control. £65 pp for more than 4 people sharing (whether for one week, ten days, 2 weeks) e.g. 2 adults and 3 children or 1 adult and 4 children, 5 adults, 6 adults - or any combination of more than 4 guests. This will be requested separately following booking confirmation and is part of the booking conditions. There is building work going on, and has been going on, for the last 4 years. At times there can be noise and dust so please be aware of this. Any interruption is dependant on exactly where on the site the work is being carried out as the site itself covers an expansive area. Everything you could possibly want was there (except WiFi) but we purchased that at reception and took our fire stick for evenings when we cooked for ourselves and had a night in. We hired a car and took in various parts of the island which was great. The host, Suzanne was brilliant too and quickly responded to any queries we had. The bed was comfy too! The washing machine was really useful. Only one little thing annoying was because of the constant breeze in Lanzarote, it was necessary to clean the patio every day because of the sand that blows up but that is the only niggle we had.Would definitely recommend this property, it is very private and secure with the host installing a gate to the entrance to the patio area.Shops and the main ‘Square’ for restaurants, bars and shops is about a 10 min walk and the beach is only a 2 min walk.The host also provides an extremely helpful information book which contains lots of info and tips for places to visit.Thank you Suzanne, we had a wonderful 2 week stay. No shades round any pool meant it was difficult to be out for any length of time. Sunbeds and shades at Lido cost guests 6 euros every time, thought this was a bit much to say we were staying on complex. Wifi costs also add to overall price of holiday and not had to pay for wifi at any other place we have stayed. Love Costa Teguise but won’t be returning to Sands Beach. ##### Jill H. When we arrived, we found the bathroom not entirely clean, and the sheets and towels had a musty smell, most likely because they had been dried indoors. We mentioned this to the host, but instead of offering help, she just said he was disappointed that we were not happy, as other reviews were positive. We also found a broken plate, reported it, and never heard back from the owner. I have traveled a lot, and this will be the last time I book with a private host. I was misled by the fact that it was advertised as a sea beach resort, but it had nothing to do with that. On a positive note, the resort staff was very attentive and always helpful. Balcony was great complete with comfy sun loungers as well as a table, 4 chairs and a parasol.The welcome pack provided had tons of useful information. 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants. The complex itself was exceptional with a great choice of pools as well as a bar and onsite shop.Small room for improvement would be a wee paint job on the bedroom ceiling and bath plug was a little rusty. ##### Glynis N. Provision of a washing machine was a real plus for us, as was the VERY comfortable bed. The amount of storage including numerous hangers was also brilliant. There was ample space for us with a lovely view of the sea. Access for less able walkers should be considered as Verde 15 is accessed via a number of steep stairs through the complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host Suzanne couldn't have been more helpful and was always a text away. Thank you ##### William C. The well equipped kitchen means you can make snacks and meals in the home and just relax taking in the views.
