Villa Tigot is set in outskirts of the tranquil village of Mozaga just in the middle of the island of Lanzarote. This makes it extremely accessible whether you want to have a swim in the ocean or visit the Timanfaya volcanoes, in Mozaga you are already halfway there. This large rural villa is equipped with a heated swimming pool and has built in steps for easy access. Not to mention the splendid pool deck with amazing mountain views, equipped with deckchairs. A true traditional Villa indeed! The heart of the Villa is its spacious living room, perfect for a lazy afternoon. This comfortable space has direct access to the terrace and plenty of sitting space for all the family, perfect to relax and entertain. The living room is equipped with TV, free WIFI connection and a speaker with USB connection. The kitchen, just next door, is fully equipped with hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and a walk in pantry where you will find all the pots, pans and crockery you may need. The Villa also has an outside wood burning oven, simply perfect for a Wine & Pizza night with all the family. Villa Tigot has 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a large double bed with a fitted wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. There is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe. All three bedrooms share a large family bathroom with double sinks, bidet, corner bathtub and hairdryer. The terrace and pool deck are the gem of the property due to the 180 degrees of breathtaking mountain views. The terrace has a large wooden dining table with seating for 6 persons and a small stairs that lead to the pool deck. This area has its own kitchen with gas hob, bathroom with toilet, sink and pool shower and traditional wood burning oven. There is also a washroom with washing machine in the back of the property. Location The villa is perfectly located in the middle of Lanzarote, providing quick access to the whole island. This means that you will never be far away from anywhere. It is located just a10 minute drive from the airport, 20 minutes to the National Park of Timanfaya and 30 mins drive to the attractions in the north of the island such as Cueva de Los Verdes and Jameos del Agua. The closest town San Bartolome, though small, has all the amenities one may require. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, banks and pharmacy. These are located just a 5 minute drive away from the villa into the centre of the town of San Bartolome. Therefore, if cooking is not on your plan for the night, just pop into town. There you are sure to find a nice meal that tickles your tastebuds. The location of this pretty town ensures that you are always close to everywhere, whether you plan to visit the Timanfaya Volcanoes or Papagayo Beaches in the south or the Jameos del Agua or Caleton Blanco in the north of the island. The great location of this villa also enables trekking or cycling enthusiast to have many of the required amenities, such as bike rental / sports shops and even repair shops in close proximity. For those who prefer to explore on foot, numerous walking / trekking routes pass through this village. Should you wish to explore the island by bicycle this is the perfect base, just a10 minute ride from the famous wine region of La Geria and Lanzarote’s prettiest cycling route as well as other cycling routes that lead to anywhere on the island such as Caleta de Famara, La Santa and many more. Große Räume und eine stilvolle und individuelle Einrichtung werden ergänzt durch eine supernette und engagierte Betreuerin. Schade, dass wir erst vor Ort erfuhren, dass es im Außenbad kein warmes Wasser gibt. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, war dies ebenso kein Problem, wie das recht überschaubare Geschirr und die sehr kleine Spülmaschine.Leider gab es aber auch die beiden teilweise frei und unbeaufsichtigt herumlaufenden Hunde des direkten Nachbarn. Zwei typisch bullige und muskulöse Tiere, die - je einzeln - einmal vor der Eingangstür unseres Anwesens direkt neben uns und unserem Auto, und einmal direkt an dem sehr niedrigen Metalltürchen unmittelbar neben dem Pool auftauchten. Soweit uns - erst dann! - von Kareen mitgeteilt wurde, dass sie sich nach dem Einzug dieser beiden Hunde im Nachbarhaus Gedanken gemacht, Erkundigungen eingeholt und dabei erfahren habe, dass man da nichts machen könne, solange nichts passiere, tröstete uns das nicht. Auch der Umstand, dass tatsächlich noch nichts passiert sein soll, änderte nichts an dieser gravierenden Beeinträchtigung unseres Urlaubes. ##### Sabina H. The location was ideal for easily travelling all over the island and in a vey quiet area so you really felt like you were getting away from it all. The villa looks better in real life than in the photos - very tastefully decorated with all of the things you could possibly need. We slept in the master bedroom and the bed was extremely comfortable! I slept like a baby. The views from the villa and the terrace were incredible, especially at sunset. We had fun using the wood fire pizza oven, although probably needed to use more wood to get the best results. Some tips on this would be helpful. We were given a book with lots of information in it when we arrived which was so helpful! Lots of great advice on where to visit and where to eat all over the island. The property was cold when we first arrived but it soon warmed up (I imagine this was because all of the shutters had been closed for a while) but great having the little heater. The pool was lovely! Perfect temperature and a great size for a small villa. The road to the villa is a dirt road and very rocky which was fine for us with our car rental agreement but be aware of this if you are precious about your car! Braulio was always on hand to help if we needed anything! We were very grateful for his help and advice. There were only two of us but it's a great size for two couples and two children! Huge kitchen with separate larder (plus an outdoor kitchen with fridge etc), huge living space with views, large table on the terrace, two good size bedrooms with lots of storage and a twin bed room. The bathroom was also huge with two sinks! There's a bathroom next to the pool so that you can shower before or after swimming and don't need to go into the house to use the facilities. The villa is spacious with plenty of outdoor living space. I am glad there were only 4 of us, because there were only 4 sunbeds, 4 outdoor chairs.... The kitchen equipment was limited, so we had to wash cups etc every time we had a drink. Braulio and Karen were very helpful, giving us suggestions of places to go, visiting midweek to clean, and contacting us to check all was well. Generally a very peaceful setting, but the neighbours dogs could be noisy. Information about the pizza oven would have been helpful ##### Helen D.
