Once you reach the guard house, you have to use your ID to register to get a visitor pass for your vehicle

Park your car at the visitor lots just after the guardhouse

Do not park in the multi-story carpark if you have not been assigned a carpark lot number. The management will clamp your wheels and charge a fee to unlock your vehicle.

Head to block A which is the nearest block and you will see a guard sitting outside the apartment. You have to registered again as a guest of unit 23-xx (Unit number will be shared with u once ur reservation is confirmed). Asked him to open the front door and press the lift to the 23 Floor for you. You can’t do it yourself without a security card.

Once you reach 23 floor, your unit is just on the right of the entrance.

You will see a number lock on the gate. Your padlock number for the stay is : 82XX ( this number will be shared with you once ur reservation is confirmed). Once you open the metal grill you just open the wooden door, no key needed.

On the dining table you will see a black Keyfob. You will need this keyfob to open the barrier at the entrance to the apartment, the gym and Swimming pool on the 8th floor and also for the lift to the 23th floor.

When you check out, remember to leave the keyfob on the dining table and lock the grill with the padlock. You don’t need the keyfob to go to the ground floor but you need the security guard to open the front glass door for you. You need to return the visitor pass at the guardhouse.
