"At the time I was asked to review my check-in I’d been waiting in line for about 1.5 hrs. So hadn’t gotten to the room yet and a review was premature. They were obviously understaffed for such a popular place & I learned later it was a Grand Reopening with lots of activity. The place is perfectly located for our stay in NY, and staff were very helpful. We enjoyed it."

"Tiny room basically with just space for the bed, but hard to find a comparable price point for the other amenities and the cleanliness! Ideal spot if you have small luggage and making a pitstop. Not ideal if you have large luggage bags."

"I loved the stay in this hotel, the staff were all very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the shower needs grips because it is very slippery, and the halls smelled a little musty and old. No room service but there are 3 restaurants to choose from inside the hotel- TickTock diner was amazing every time we ate there. I would definitely stay here again if I come to NY!"
