This gorgeous cottage is only a two-minute walk from the Tea Gardens waterfront offering a lovely stroll along the Myall River, easy walk to the shops, restaurants and cafés. There are plenty of local facilities to cater for the entire family and to make a memorable stay. This single level cottage offers some amazing features. Do not take our word for it though, come along and stay, relax and enjoy this stunning cottage for yourself. This charming cottage includes two queen bedrooms, modern bathroom facilities, kitchen, lounge, wrap-around verandah and a lovely light filled sunroom. Each corner of the cottage is beautifully decorated. Unique features – • Front verandah, perfect for that morning cuppa away from the world • Sunroom overlooking a beautiful established garden • Ample outdoor areas to relax in and enjoy • Queen sized master bedroom with french doors onto the verandah • Cosy combustion fireplace in the living area • Outdoor fire pit to enjoy your nights away and make precious memories \> The Property This property has the flexibility to appeal to a larger group of family or friends. You may rent the front 2-bedroom cottage only, the back 2-bedroom cottage only or both cottages for a larger group. Each cottage has its own garden space. In addition, there is a shared garden area, covered outdoor BBQ entertaining area, laundry and an outdoor shower. The garden areas are extensive and make for great privacy between the two cottages. There is certainly no suburban feel to this property. Please be aware that if you are only occupying one of the cottages there may be another guest in the alternate cottage.
