Maximising space incredibly well, this NZ tiny house features everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Lounge out on the couch and post the photos of your day’s adventures with the complimentary WiFi, prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or grab your book and head into the loft to put your feet up. Wake up to picture postcard views as you enjoy your morning cuppa and plan your day’s adventure. Will you take the five-minute drive into town for a bite at one of the great local eateries, or will you wander or cycle the path around the lakefront – it's practically on your doorstep! For a fantastic day out, jump in the car and drive to Milford Sound. The trip is only 119km, but allow three hours for the journey so you can stop for all the incredible photo opportunities! It was an easy trek and the view was phenomenal. We got there just as the sun was about to go behind the mountains so I was glad that I could capture what was left of the light on those snow-capped peaks. The giant mountain there is Mt Wakefield and just to the left of it is Mt Cook, nearly fully covered by those stubborn clouds. Who wouldn’t like staying on the shores of the largest lake on the South Island? The views were spectacular and the house is well thought out and works for travelers. Older folk need to think hard about coming here as the sleeping lofts require a little work to get into and out of but the wake up views make up for that. Younger folk won’t find it a problem at all.
