Welcome to Southern Solace, a modern and spacious four-bedroom retreat in the stunning lakeside town of Te Anau - the ideal base for your Fiordland adventure.  
  
Perfect for families or groups, this beautifully presented holiday home sleeps up to eight guests across four comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features its own ensuite and walk-in robe, offering added privacy and convenience. In total, the home includes two bathrooms - one with a bath for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring - plus an additional separate toilet.  
  
Step inside to an inviting open-plan living area filled with natural light. The kitchen makes mealtimes easy, whether you’re whipping up a hearty breakfast before a hike or enjoying a relaxed dinner with loved ones. The adjoining lounge and dining area provide the perfect space to unwind, connect, or plan your next day’s adventure.  
  
Year-round comfort is ensured with ducted heating throughout, operated by a centralised touchscreen control panel, as well as the ambience of a wood burner for cosy evenings in.  
  
Step outside onto the sun-soaked deck to enjoy your morning coffee, dine al fresco, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings. The property backs onto a tranquil reserve, with easy walking access down to the lake - a perfect setting for morning strolls or sunset views.  
  
Located just minutes from Te Anau town centre, you'll have easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. You're also perfectly situated for day trips to Milford and Doubtful Sound, or iconic walks like the Kepler, Milford, and Routeburn Tracks.
