We had a very comfortable stay. The bedroom in our motel unit was a little small but the room had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be an outside light as it was quute dark when we left and my Mum had trouble seeing the edge of the deck.

Wonderful, relaxed, clean, roomy, affordable. On the lake & 5-minute walk to downtown shops & restaurants. We spent 2 nights there & wish we could’ve stayed longer. Much better to use Te Anau than Queenstown as a base for seeing Milford Sound - it’s half the distance with cheaper accommodations if you book ahead.

Small camping/ camper/ chalet park. Our chalet was basic (no loo or sink) which I didn’t realise when booking. Park did let me know this so I had the opportunity to change my mind. Check what you want on booking. Hot tubs available at small extra charge are very good . Park is a little cramped Staff were all very helpful

The three bedroom apartment was great. The only downside is other similar places to stay have a washer, dryer, and clothes drying rack included rather than access to a coin laundry

Great location, cleanliness poor.
The holiday park was beautiful, the gardens were lush and there were plenty of amenities. The holiday park is across the road from the lake, near a park and an easy walk to town with young children. We stayed in a three bedroom villa, unfortunately the trip was let down because the room cleanliness was shocking. The furniture, curtains and carpets were foul smelling, there was food splatter on the kitchen walls and leftover food on the benches. The sponge and tea towel were sodden and soiled. When asked to replace these items the reception supplied a new dish brush. There was plenty of dust which made for a sneezy trip. One client member attempted to be helpful but the situation was not resolved.

A wonderful option for a stay in Te Anau. The staff were extremely friendly and the facilities were spotless! The location made for easy access for shopping & dining options.

Room & overall facility is cute, clean & comfortable. Staff & other visitors are kind. This is a perfect overnight stopover if you don’t want to do Queenstown to Milford Sound & back in a single day.

Unit was very cold inside when we arrived on a cold day - would have been a nice touch if heater was turned on - even at 2pm checkin time on low to take the chill off. Took a while to heat the openplan room. Other than that - enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had an en-suite room which was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Great on site facilities. Excellent location with everything you could need on walking distance. Highly recommended

The facilities was nice, but the bathrooms and kitchens were not clean. We believed it was dog friendly however, one of the male workers told me to put the dog on the lead as people are afraid of dogs. My dog is well trained abd will not run up to people. I was just playing with a ball outside the unit and didnt appreciate that attitude.

The bathrooms and outside amenities were as expected, in fact they were cleaner than I expected them to be. The sheets in our room we're clean but the quilts we're pretty gross; there was body fluid on almost every quilt in our room. 4 out of 5 were visibly soiled in some way which made me question the cleanliness of the one without stains. For this reason, I don't think I'll visit again.

Nice little apartment-type accommodation. Nice hot-tub with “view of the night sky” potential if it hadn’t been raining. This unit had an extra bedroom which we used for our suitcases. Bedroom/living room/kitchen area had everything for cooking in the place. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. Even got to do our laundry. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about local restaurants and activities.

Perfect three bedroom accommodation for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. Nice playground. Perfect location close to everything in Te Anau. Only negative is the playroom didn’t have any free activities and the race car game ate our money. 😀
