I reserved a double room which means two double beds. I was given one bed for two males and that doesn’t work. I was offered to pay for a second room and that makes no sense. I’ll be contacting Expedia about this. I have traveled to 125 countries and double room when I book with Expedia means just that. Very disappointing

Hotel con bella vista panoramica sopra la città, fuori dal centro, molto difficile da raggiungere a piedi anche perchè in cima a una collina. I taxi a Tbilisi costano molto poco e si trovano ovunque, quindi non è di per sè un grande problema. All'arrivo la camera era congelata con il riscaldamento spento.

Bra mat på hotellet. Rent fint. Nära till centrum gångavstånd en del gång i lutande backar som man sk a vara mdveten om men annars 15lei med taxi max och då får dom några extra redan. Härlig utsikt från takterrassen

Pretty good but with room for slight adjustments.

The staff was stupendously helpful. Breakfast could have been better especially given the lack of fresh fruit juice. Not having a gym is obviously a disadvantage but understandable given the size of the place. Views are spectacular from the rooms and restaurants but the menu at the rooftop restaurant is both too pricey and wanting. Great for those who like walking and climbing up and down hills such as myself. Terrible for those with a bad back and aversion to ascending a steep hill by foot. Ladies at the reception were a treat to deal with and they go out of their way to help. Extended my check out time on an otherwise busy day.

Great hotel with a view

This hotel was better than I expected. I arrived grumpy and with a few minutes I was smiling. There is great restaurant and bar on the rooftop with a magnificent view of the city. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room we had was just amazing; clean and comfortable with a glass bathroom! Staff were the best feature of this hotel, always smiling and helpful, Had a great stay and will be back again. Oh, the WiFi worked just fine.

The big clean rooms with balcony that has fantastic views is a plus. The staff were very helpful and their rooftop restaurant is highly recommended. however, Breakfast needs improvement

The hotel is perfect located... Fantastic view. But it is not 4 start at all. Staff allow to talk about guests in behind of guests. The room is not properly clean and many things are filling apart, because pretty old. Need huge improvement!

Un superbe hôtel un peu excentré

L'hôtel est très bien, chambres spacieuses, personnel aimable, wifi et petit déjeuner parfaits, restaurant bon marché et offrant une superbe vue sur la ville. Que du positif donc si ce n'est l'emplacement assez excentré (Bien que très proche du funiculaire). Comptez une vingtaine de minutes de marche minimum pour la vieille ville et trente à quarante pour le retour si vous avez de bons poumons. Taxi pas cher mais ce n'est pas dans mes habitudes. Bus 37 de l'aéroport (0,50 GEL ou ... 15 cents) et 15 minutes d'ascension à pied. Taxi de l'aéroport (50 à 60 GEL ou 18/20 €)

This modern Boutique style hotel was a pleasant surprise for this frequent traveler to Tbilisi. Incredible views from my room, spacious, spotless and modern bath with hot shower. I ate at the roof top restaurant, the enclosed glass section but plenty of panoramic views of the Old City. I especially enjoyed the home brewed tea (mint and local honey). The meal portions are Georgian so come hungry or plan to share! For those looking for value and modern and elevator this is a great choice. Quiet too. Located on the same road as the Funicular its an easy walk. Liberty Square is a 18 minute walk. Local transport a walk too. However, taxify or local cab will get you where you need to go. Only down side is the the road into the hotel is in need of repair. I hope to make it back!

Современный Отель с лучшим видом.

Весьма достойный отель. Плюсы: кровать удобная, постельное белье новое и чистое, душевые принадлежности есть, у категории superior - отличная терраса, завтраки вкусные и есть разнообразие, команда Отеля - дружелюбная и отзывчивая, при небольшой загрузке возможен upgrade и ранний заезд, вид на город прекрасный, тишина района. Из минусов: достаточно далеко подниматься в гору от Шота Руставели, есть небольшие потёртости стен, плохая звукоизоляция. В целом - отель рекомендую, так как он почти во всем соответствует мировым стандартом заявленной категории.

Впечатляющий вид на город

Впечатляющий вид на город, просторный светлый номер, широкие удобные кровати. Мы путешествовали с двумя детьми, всё оказалось комфортно, есть лифт, что удобно с детской коляской, в номере имеется всё необходимое, чайник, чайные принадлежности, небольшой холодильник-минибар, халаты, тапочки, фен и т.д. Персонал очень внимателен и отзывчив. Расположен отель недалеко от фуникулера Мтацминда, Старый Тбилиси в пешей доступности, мин 20, а вот обратно в отель можно уже ехать на такси, так как подъем в гору, хотя мы даже с детьми преодалели его пешком ;) пользуйтесь сервисом Яндекс-такси, точно не переплатите.

The Terrace Boutique Hotel is fantastic hotel for tourists, honeymoon day and others. Good location, fantastic terrace. With one word - Fantastic. But one thing is closed question for me. Why coffees are not include to breakfast?

Toller Blick über die Stadt

Einchecken angeblich erst um 14 Uhr möglich. Doch wir bekamen schon ein Zimmer um 6 Uhr morgens. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und immer hilfsbereich. Mit Englisch kommt man gut klar. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm groß. Das Bad modern. Beim Einbau des Kleiderschranks hätte man mal eine Wasserwaage benutzen sollen... Beim Frühstück hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt. Im Sommer kann man draußen auf der offenen oder überdachten Terrasse sitzen. Ein tolles Hotel. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Cozy hotel with great view and minimalist style

Picked this hotel for it's minimalist style. The service is good, staff is helpful. OMG the view from the window! The place is on a hillside and whole Tbilisi looks like on your hand from room window and even better the restaurant terrace on the 5th floor. Pretty good value for the price. It's also 5 minutes walk from Tbilisi funicular.
