It is located in the center of Old Tbilisi, in Chugureti district. The building where the guest house is located is historical and represents a monument of cultural heritage It was built in the 19th century. There is a large balcony and flowers where you can have coffee and tea and enjoy the peace and greenery. There is a small garden and a yard where you can park your car for free. There are several recreation parks close to the house. About 1.5 km from Tbilisi Central Train Station and about 1.9 km from Tbilisi Concert Hall. Guest House Teo has its own bath, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, and soap. bed linen.
