"The front desk people were wonderful I initially had to speak with them to secure a pretty friendly room then a committee up on another question. During our stay, I asked for a rag for our wet dogs which they gave me. Everyone was great."
Keystone Hotel

"The Keystone is an older hotel that has seen better days. All the decor is dated and worn. However, the staff seems to work hard to keep the place as clean as they possibly can. There was no dirt or clutter. The place is just older than the modern hotel chains. And that is not necessarily a bad thing. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were all very professional and courteous. The free breakfast provided was more than adequate. They offered some hot breakfast items like eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy along with the typical muffins, yogurt and fruit. And, of course, hot freshly brewed coffee. It was all very good. Again, this is a fine place to stay as long as you are not wanting “fancy”. It worked well for us for our one night stay in Valdez."

"A cozy, clean apartment. Beds are really comfortable. You have grill oven outside. The one thing should be considered: the road near the apartment is under construction now, don’t follow google map. After arriving at Valdez, check the map and found out your detour on your own."

"House sleeps three couples (6). There are recliners built into the couch kids can sleep on, but they are not beds. The house had everything we needed including a bbq grill, some misc pantry items, and is close to the elementary school/town. The host was great. She was very responsive. House is in a cul-de-sac with kids and friendly neighbors."

"Very nice two bedroom apartment in Valdez. It was clean, the hosts were helpful when we had an issue, and I would stay there again if we ever went back to Valdez."
