Set back on a large block in a quiet street, surrounded by established gardens, the house has been updated inside and out, freshly painted with new floors throughout. New kitchen including European appliances, well stocked with utensils and includes a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle heating and cooling. Quality furnishings with HD Smart TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi included. Games and books for all ages. Spectacular garden, mountain and valley views from inside and from the decking and garden outside. Three comfortable bedrooms - Queen beds in two, and bunk in third (double bed with single bed above). Heating to each bedroom. Pillows, Doonas (including covers) and extra blankets supplied. BYO linen (Fitted and flat sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, face washers & tea towels) Linen service at additional cost can be arranged with host prior to visit. Please enquire. Easy access bathroom with separate toilet. European style laundry with washer and dryer. Ample outdoor seating and tables to entertain or just enjoy the gardens and the many bird varieties that visit. He found a set of headphones which belonged to one of our mate and he posted out to him. The place was incredible, it was clean, the view was second to none and the facilities was great!
