 The apartment features one air-conditioned double bedroom . A spacious living room at the entrance of the apartment includes a comfortable one-and-a-half size sofa bed , and leads to a very large dining area with a kitchen equipped with every comfort needed to prepare meals. There is one complete bathroom with shower enclosure, and a shared cold outdoor shower with the adjacent apartment.   
 Among the many comforts available to guests are: air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, shared washing machine with the adjacent apartment, charcoal barbecue, outdoor shower, and free on-street parking.   
 Mancaversa is a quiet and charming seaside town in Salento , known for its crystal-clear waters and scenic cliffs . Just a few steps from the apartment, you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the local beaches, including the famous Punta Pizzo Beach and the wonderful Baia Verde of Gallipoli , both just a short distance away. Nearby, you’ll also find the Punta Pizzo and Isola di Sant’Andrea Regional Natural Park , ideal for excursions and nature walks.   
 N.B.: The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.
