Calm coastal décor greets you in this one bedroom one bathroom Oceanfront Condo located in Building 2 on the Top Floor.  
  
This 900 sqft 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4 and features:  
  
\- 1 QUEEN bed  
  
\- Step-Out Balcony  
  
\- Living room with Queen SLEEPER SOFA;  
  
\- Dining area;  
  
\- TV with cable channels in living room and bedroom;  
  
\- In-unit washer/dryer;  
  
\- Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator;  
  
\- Free and Secure Wifi;  
  
\- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing.

The Neighborhood:  
  
Ocean Pointe Suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in South Key Largo, is gated and manned 24/7\. This ocean side condo is only 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Sanctuary. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available its not surprising that the cuisine of the keys is largely built around the catch of the day.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

No Pets   
  
Pest Control is one of my top priorities. Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guests. That is why all my units are treated and inspected on a regular basis by a Professional Extermination Company.  
  
Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs.  
  
If security is called to condo more than once during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent.   
  
Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.  
  
MARINA INFORMATION:   
  
Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity. You must contact the dock master to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.  
  
The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.  
  
Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.   
  
All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

I am available by phone or email anytime. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns. I love my home and want my guest to enjoy the Florida Keys as much as I do. I will graciously give recommendations for fishing charters, restaurants, things to do etc.

I left Atlanta at 3:30 PM and got into Key Largo at 3:00 AM. Slept for a couple hours in my car and went in search of a sunrise. I hoped to find a dock falling into the water, but this was just as good. I also went from 37 degrees to 74 degrees. The place was very nice. The kitchen was roomy and there is a great island to sit at. The balcony was small but good enough for 2 people to sit on. The view was great right out to the ocean. The pool was nice, but you could not bring your own drinks and the 2 drinks we bought were 29\. A little pricey. The tennis/pickle ball courts were good. The private beach was small and very marshy. You could walk out past the markers and the water only got waist deep. Not a good swimming beach. The bed was comfortable a little squeaky. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

#### Authentic Keys Escape

Condo was exactly as pictured, clean and just the right size for my wife and I. Kitchen, washer& dryer and provided supplies including the beach/pool towels were great. The view from the small balcony was of beautiful tourquiose blue water, sailboats and mangrove islands. Easy walk to the private beach, marina and we loved sitting out under the tiki hut at the end of the pier. A few Beach umbrellas would be a great addition. Onsite restaurant and pool bar was very convenient. The pool was large, clean and warm, our only concern with the Ocean Pointe complex was that smoking seemed to be allowed in the pool area, which as non smokers was not expected.

#### Quiet and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our week at Ocean Pointe. The condo was as advertised. Check in was easy, the pool is large and clean, we enjoyed the hot tub as well. The water pressure was low but manageable and they could use new bed pillows. Other than that our stay was great..ancould use new bed

My husband and I had a good stay in this condo. There weren’t many people in this complex the week we were there, so it was quiet. The elevator was helpful. The condo is rather dark inside and has primarily white lights overhead throughout and 2 lamps with warm light. The kitchen was stocked adequately for home cooked meals. The tiny balcony fits 2 small people. The management company was responsive and helpful.

#### Amazing time and beautiful property!

My husband and I honeymooned in the Florida Keys back in 2022\. Back then, we stayed at a beautiful resort that we absolutely loved and enjoyed! This time, however, we were looking for a condo that was spacious for the 2 of us, had ocean views, was quiet, and was well-kept, secure, clean, and had beach and pool access on the grounds. This condo exceeded our expectations! The property manager was a dream to work with! He messaged my husband around noon the day of check-in to let us know the condo was ready early for us. He was also in constant communication with us offering assistance with anything we may have needed during our stay. The condo was extremely clean, cozy, and really felt like a home away from home for us. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay. We loved the ocean view from our sliding glass door and the cute beach decor throughout the condo. The beach area on the property is quiet, relaxing, and provides lounge chairs and a boardwalk to a tiki where you can sit and enjoy the ocean views . The pool is spacious, clean, and fun with music and a bar area. With Ocean Pointe Condos located between Key Largo and Islamorada, we had a wide array of shops, restaurants, and bars to choose from within an easy drivable distance of about 10 - 15 mins. We also drove down to Key West for the day and had a great time! I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here! We truly loved the property and will definitely be returning!!

Cute little condo was perfect size for just the two of us. Well stocked and clean. Nice pool area and small beach area with chairs. Great location, near lots of restaurants. Drove to Key West for the day. Really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was in a great location for our day trips to Key West and the Everglades, and was also a nice spot to relax throughout the week! We enjoyed having access to the little beach and pier at the resort, as well as the pool.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Condo was just as described. Bed was very comfortable, unit was perfect size for a couple and the ocean view from our balcony was fantastic. Cable and streaming services included. The location is great - lots of restaurants to choose from, or if home cooking is your thing, there is a Winn Dixie minutes away. (Kitchen was fully equipped, btw.) Some of the extras we appreciated- lively pool area, quieter beach area if that is your thing, and tennis/pickleball courts (pickleball rackets provided!) Beach umbrella was also provided, although we didn’t use. We highly recommend and hope to be back next season!! Thank you for a an unforgettable stay!
