The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day. Getting Around: A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West. Other Things to Note: Please treat me home as if it was your own. PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay. MARINA INFORMATION: Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance. The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet. Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. The property had a nice beach & beautiful pool. We enjoyed happy hour in the cafe, Our bartender, Dee, was awesome. Condo was perfect. The attention to detail of housekepping and the owner were amazing. It was the little things that stood out like the jewelry tray in one of the bedside table drawers and hooks on theback of doors. It was also a great place for bonding time as my one son is getting married this summer. The place was comfy, up to date, and the owner was always just a text away. Mostly houses. This was a beautiful condo that had good space to spread out. It's beautifully furnished. Well stocked with appliances and dishes. The pool was lovely and in quick walking distance. Sep 3, 2018 #### Wonderful stay in updated condo. Condo is very updated. Comfortable bedding. Very quiet - did not hear noise while in condo. Everything you need for an extended stay except bring regular coffee filters. We forgot to bring them with us. We grilled out down in the grilling area. Condo also supplied materials to grill w except charcoal and lighter. Pool was huge with big hot tub!! It was a holiday weekend and extremely busy while we were there. Would definitely suggest this condo to anyone looking for a stay in the Keys!! ##### David H. Unit was very clean and laid out perfectly. Unit could use updated fans, a tv in guest room and more seating in family room. The property grounds where nice however the staff/security were horrible. Not helpful and actually rude. If your bringing a boat plan on a tedious process of paperwork, tough to maneuver launch and separating truck and trailer every time.
