Relax, sit back, and enjoy the Florida Keys as you watch the sunrise from the balcony. Stay on the Atlantic's Edge at our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo in Ocean Pointe Suites.  
  
The Space:  
  
Come unwind at our tastefully decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the top floor of Building 2 at Ocean Pointe Suites.   
  
This spacious 920 sqft. top floor apartment features:   
  
\- 1 KING bed in the master bedroom with flat screen TV;   
  
\- 2 TWIN beds in the guest bedroom  
  
\- 2 FULL Bathrooms with blow dryers;   
  
\- LIVING ROOM with a QUEEN PULL-OUT SOFA;  
  
 \- DINING AREA for 6: with a table for 4 and 2 counter seats  
  
 \- In-unit WASHER/DRYER;  
  
 \- Fully equipped KITCHEN with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator;   
  
\- BALCONY with seating;   
  
\- All linens, beach and bath towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, glasses are provided.

Seascapes as colorful as any artist’s palette, colors of shimmering sea from turquoise to blue to deep green, landscapes of rustling pine, swaying palms, silver buttonwood and water-rooted mangrove, all vying for life under a horizon-to-horizon blue sky dotted with fleecy white clouds.  
  
Beneath the tropical, cloud-flecked skies of the Florida Keys, today’s fishing and boating enthusiasts share the land and sea with the complex habitat of birds — great white herons, roseate spoonbills, ospreys and, at the water’s edge, wheeling gulls and swooping pelicans and cormorants bobbing like corks to feed on fish.   
  
Take time for the dramatic sunsets. When the giant red ball of the sun plummets into the blue of the sea.

The Neighborhood:  
  
On 60 acres in Key Largo, this beachfront resort is 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Center. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

Please treat me home as if it was your own.  
  
PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED  
  
Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.  
  
MARINA INFORMATION:   
  
Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.  
  
 The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.  
  
Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.   
  
All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
  
I am available by message on the booking site or email. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns. I love my home and want my guest to enjoy the Florida Keys as much as I do. I will graciously give recommendations for fishing charters, restaurants, things to do etc.

I left Atlanta at 3:30 PM and got into Key Largo at 3:00 AM. Slept for a couple hours in my car and went in search of a sunrise. I hoped to find a dock falling into the water, but this was just as good. I also went from 37 degrees to 74 degrees. We had a wonderful stay at Tranquilo Paraiso. The condo area has a beautiful pool area and a beach area just a short walk from our unit. Being on the fourth floor, we had a beautiful view of the water. The only drawback was the bed was a little firmer than we like, but that would not keep us from coming back.

 Loved the view, pool, beach and balcony. The unit is dated and needs a few minor upgrades, but it has everything you need. Too many decorations. If you get rid of some of these, the unit would appear more spacious.

#### Lovely Weekend

Excellent location and safe. Very clean property and you can see it’s well managed. The pool is the perfect size and so many more activities onsite to keep you active. The condo we stayed at was clean, quaint, and perfect for our family. Also, everything we needed to cook was provided and the store was a short 3min drive away. Our host also suggested different spots which we did and we were very pleased. Overall, no issues and will definitely recommend. Thank you.

Very clean, cute, roomy condo. Plenty of space for 3 on a girls trip. Wish we could have stayed longer. Ice machine in the fridge was broken, but at least there were a couple of ice cube trays to use so we were never without. The only other issue that was mentioned by my friends in the room with the single beds, was that the beds were very squeaky with just the slightest movement.

#### Mother’s Day Getaway

We enjoyed our trip to the Keys. Ocean Pointe is a quiet area that offers a great pool, small beach, marina, pier and gathering area. Our condo was very well maintained, clean and fully stocked. It is a short drive to Robbie’s Marina. We spent an afternoon at Founders Park for a different beach and pool experience. Great condo to relax and enjoy a low key vacation.

#### Great location and condo!

We had a very nice stay. Condo had everything we needed for a long weekend. Property owner was very communicative and we would definitely stay again. Ocean Pointe Suites as a complex is very nice with a large pool with bar. The waterfront cafe was closed for remodeling. But had a boat ramp with what appeared to be ample boat/trailer parking.

#### Family Summer Vacation

We were ending our summer with a stay in the Keys and this condo was the perfect place! It’s clean, perfect amount of space for a family of four, and location is good. The property has a great pool and the beach area was nice in the morning when we swam. It’s only about 10 minutes to the heart of Islamorada, there is a WinnDixie, restaurants, fast food, park, and Key Lime Pie Factory all within 5 minutes. The host was responsive and helpful when needed. The kitchen was loaded with everything I needed to cook. The only complaint we had was the master bed is very, very firm so our backs were not a fan but some like that so we understand. Overall I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a good place to stay. We will be back! Thanks for a wonderful time!

Great place to stay. Clean, everything you need and owner is very easy to communicate with. Pillows on the bed are not that comfortable but that is the only thing I can say even remotely negative.

#### Annual Pre-Christmas Keys Visit

My family has been going to the Keys the week prior to Christmas for several years. All but one of those years we have stayed at Ocean Pointe. The unit that we stayed in this year is probably the best one that we have ever had. Largo does a great job communicating and we had absolutely no problems during our stay.
