Your Newly Renovated Oceanfront Vacation Home: In June 2018, the Condo unit had a total renovation including installation of new artwork, new 24" X24" porcelain tile and baseboards, replaced kitchen counter-top with enlarged 40" wide Quartz top, new sink and brushed nickel faucets with four new full-sized stools, complete renovation of master bathroom with new walk-in glass shower, new vanities, sinks and fixtures in both bathrooms, 100% freshly painted. All new living room furniture including, new queen sofa bed, chair, coffee and side tables, new diving, fishing and tourist books and magazines. This newly renovated condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms that fits six guests comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a newly renovated master suite bathroom with a new walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom has two twin size beds with direct access to the guest bathroom. The sleeper sofa in the living room is perfect for two additional guests to sleep comfortably. We are pleased to provide kitchenware, microwave, TVs, towels, quality bedding, and more! The property is managed on-site and is available to fulfill any needs you may have during your stay. Ocean Front Resort: Located minutes away from great restaurants, shopping, and the best outdoor activities Key Largo has to offer, Ocean Pointe is the perfect place for you and your family to go on your next vacation! Conveniently located 90 minutes from the Miami International Airport at mile marker 92.5, the 62-acre gated property offers an ocean front resort surrounded by breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and a mangrove forest. On-site amenities include a marina, lighted tennis courts, BBQ grills inside a picnic area, a heated pool and sundeck, a newly constructed walkway/pier to a tiki hut on the beach, and free guest parking. Guests are welcome to bring boats up to 28’ to the on-site marina for an additional charge based on a first come, first serve basis. Boat docking fees and additional information are available upon request. Only one fishing spot. Condo is dirty and dusty. All doors had dirty smudges. Bathrooms need some attention showers not clean rugs and towels torn up. Couldnt use pots and pans as they are teflon and they are very scratched, some silverware was rusted, some of the bowls couldnt be used either as they were not supposed to be microwaved and they were so they were cracked. Kitchen cabinets dirty. Food left in fridge from past guest i would assume coffee creamer expired 2 yrs ago. Found dead roaches and some alive. Blinds are a pain when opening they would fall apart. I would stay at ocean point again but not in this condo. I took lots of pictures showing dust and dirt. I know this is a beach property but no reason to be that dusty and dirty. ##### Erica S. The owner is a liar. The place is not as nice as it looks online. You walked in the door, and there is the most intense smell of must, mildew, dampness, and water damage odor. On my third day, there was a roach running around in the kitchen. The owner’s solution was to come over with a can of raid. That same night after spraying there was another roach, running around in the kitchen. Needless to say that was the end of my stay. I’m on vacation, I shouldn’t have to deal with roaches.Also, the sheets and pillows need to be replaced. I can’t say enough positive things about not only the condo but the property itself! Very laid back but efficient and security is always on site. Literally not one problem! It was a super close walk to the pool and beach areas. Host was responsive and helped out with questions we had.
