MARINA RESERVATIONS Please note that we do not manage the marina and cannot guarantee availability for slips and trailer parking. All boat slip/trailer parking reservations are on a first come first serve basis and they do not offer slip reservations until 2 weeks prior to the requested dates. You will receive a message from us 2 weeks ahead of your arrival date as a reminder that if you are bringing a boat you should make your reservation at that time. You will be required to submit a copy of your vessels insurance and registration along with the trailer registration and reservation confirmation. Please be sure to attach all required documents during your initial submission as failure to do so will delay their ability to process your request. Marina Rules/Regulations/Restrictions: • All operators of vessels in the marina must have a copy of their current insurance declaration page indicating a minimum of $300,000 bodily liability and $100,000 property damage coverage on file with the dock master. • Owned or commercially rented vessels must be registered and insured or rented in the name of the owner or registered guest staying on the property. • Vessels must not exceed 28ft registered length. (Note: maximum beam 9’6”) We're sorry but Jetskis, campers, commercial vehicles, trailers, RV's and pets are prohibited within the community. Great and prompt communication and everything you need is there! Lovely view from the balcony. Nice touch of having the luggage carrier outside of the elevator for you to use which I was concerned how many trips up and down the elevator I was going to make but no need to worry because that was thought of also. We felt very secure as there is some at the entrance to check you in every time. This place will always be my first choice as a place to stay. Oh, the mattresses and pillows! Communication and check in/out was super easy. There were plenty of linen including towels and sheets. Highlight for us what how warm the pool was. It was unseasonably cold during the time when we were there so were thrilled that the pool was as warm as a bath. The hot tub was also lovely. The beach was small but nice and there were kayaks available which my family loved. The only disappointing thing which I mentioned in a note to the property manager was that some of the sheets had stains and some of the towels (beach towel in particular) had not been washed and smelled. I understand this may have been an oversight by their cleaning staff. Also, no laundry detergent, backup toilet paper or paper towel was provided so had to run out to buy these things. They did provide 2 dishwasher pods for our 8 day stay. Central location in the keys and found much to do in nearby islamorada. Would definitely go back! ##### Rosemarie H. The bedroom with single beds had no closet so had no place to hang anything. Water pressure was a trickle in sink and shower was hard to pull out and needs replacing. Bring you soap and shampoo because what they give you hardly covers one shower. There is no restaurant as they only had tacos and hot dogs in the buildingthey call a restaurant. No one there. Beach isn't that great either a few chairs and so much seaweed no one in water.Pool was nice and it had a place to buy drinks and a food truck for burgers, wings and things. This unit was strict with deposit and once we clicked on it we were locked in and couldnt get deposit back without a big penalty. Dont think we'll be back. ##### George P.
