Mike was friendly, as was the entire community of residents and employees there. We laughed with other guests as well, and sunsets were unparalleled. We rented kayaks for two days and had a BLAST and saw lots of wildlife. We did notice some drain flies that were in the basement right side room, that usually gather when there is mildew and mold - might be something to look into, although it’s a house on the ocean and that is likely an uphill battle… we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! ##### Ann C. Our houseboat was clean, and we enjoyed sleeping with the ocean gently rocking us to sleep. There were coffee packets with the coffee maker to get us started in the mornings. Although we ate out most meals, there was a well equipped kitchen, and enough towels. The staff helped us print out some paperwork we needed, and checking out was easy.
