As you step inside, the kitchen welcomes you with all the necessary equipment to whip up a feast for your loved ones. A well-stocked pantry offers tea, coffee, sugar, and other essentials. The dining area, strategically placed in view of the kitchen, invites your group to come together, fostering a sense of togetherness as meals are prepared.  
  
Relaxation takes center stage in the stunning living room, where white net drapes dance in the gentle breeze, adding a touch of luxury. Complete with a ceiling fan and heat pump, this space ensures comfort regardless of the weather. Sink into the couch for a cozy TV session or lose yourself in a good book while nestled in the oversized corner chair.  
  
Two sun-filled conservatories extend from the living and dining areas, providing inviting spaces for both work and wellness. One is furnished with comfortable seating and a desk, catering to those who need a remote workspace, while the other is a haven for rolling out the provided yoga mats and finding your ultimate zen zone.  
  
The three bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, each continuing the boho chic vibe of the home. Portable fans and heating are provided in each room for personalized comfort. The bathroom is a retreat in itself, boasting a shower, bath, toilet, and basin. For added convenience, a separate laundry room comes equipped with a washing machine and tub.  
  
Step onto the outdoor deck, accessible from the living room, and bask in the ambiance. Utilize the Weber BBQ and fairy lights in the evenings, embracing the holiday in style. The large fully fenced section offers lush green grass for kids to play, and there's room for two vehicles in the driveway, with free street parking available if needed.

Please note there is no access to the garage, and the indoor fireplace is not for guest use.
