Spanning two levels and offering three double bedrooms, the home welcomes you with a striking oak floating staircase and high-stud ceilings that enhance the sense of space and light. Plush 100% wool carpet and engineered timber flooring provide a touch of luxury underfoot.  
  
Upstairs, the open-plan living area features a raking ceiling and large stacking doors that open onto a sun-drenched balcony—the perfect place to relax or watch the tide roll in. The sleek galley kitchen is equipped with top-end Bosch appliances, including double wall ovens, an induction cooktop, and an integrated dishwasher. An LG plumbed double-door fridge freezer ensures chilled drinks are always on hand.  
  
The master bedroom enjoys serene water views and features a walk-through wardrobe and a high-stud tiled ensuite, complete with skylight for all-day natural light. A separate powder room adds convenience on this level.

Excellent location and cleanliness. Unfortunately couldn't get the washing machine to work and disappointing that the property doesn't have WiFi. Otherwise no issues and it's a great townhouse.
