On a beautiful summer's morning, imagine opening up the sliding glass doors and stepping onto the sun-drenched deck with the ocean, Taylor Reserve and the gorgeous Papamoa Beach as the backdrop to your holiday. Welcome to Milly Cove!  
  
Fry up a big breakfast on the BBQ and in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather in the conservatory around the spacious dining table to fuel up before heading to the beach for the day.  
  
Once back at home, retreat to the vibrant open-plan living space that includes a Smart TV with Freeview, a variety of board games and efficient heat-pump technology to stay just at the right temperature, no matter the season!  
  
You’re sure to get a good night’s sleep in one of the two bedrooms here at Milly Cove, with the master featuring a queen-size bed and a bunk room. Making this a great hub for a family-friendly stay or couples' escape!  
  
You’re only a short walk through Taylor Reserve to the stunning Papamoa Beach. From here, spend the day in the water, or lounging on the sandy shores.  
  
If you're keen to check out the neighbouring town's beaches, eateries and shops, central Mount Maunganui is only a 17-minute drive away. Closer to home, Fashion Island and Papamoa Plaza are only a six-minute drive away!

Adults should closely supervise young children to ensure that they do not climb the horizontal wooden slats in the external stair barrier.Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods to make use of the available machine.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. #### Didn't end up Checking in - Mold and No Heat

We didn't end up checking into this property. We arrived at 9:45 at night and the house smelled like mold and there was no heat in the bedrooms. Temps were starting to dip and we were very concerned to expose for our sick toddler to the potentially hazardous conditions. Request a Refund from Property Manager.
