Just across the road lies the tranquil shores of Lake Taupo, inviting you for a leisurely stroll along the Lions Walk or to explore the nearby 2 Mile Bay Sailing Centre. Recent refurbished bring a sense of modernity and warmth to this apartment. Featuring two bedrooms, one fully tiled bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen, this apartment caters to a variety of lifestyles. The apartment offers two bedrooms with various bedding configurations, making it suitable for families, couples, or friends. • Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed • Bedroom 2: 2 King Single Beds We kindly request that no parties are held at this apartment. While we welcome a few quiet drinks, this is not the property for parties. Let's respect the neighbors and ensure a peaceful stay for all. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled. The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. Sep 28, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy The apartment could have been cleaner. Under the toilet seat was unhygienic, and we had to wash all the glasses before using them as they were covered in dried food or detergent (possibly from the dishwasher). There was even hair in the freezer, and ants in the kitchen meant we couldn’t leave any food out on the countertops.The apartment itself was smaller than expected. Only three coat hangers were provided across two wardrobes – not nearly enough for a family stay. The toilet door also didn’t lock, which was inconvenient.We stayed at the end of September, and the pool was too cold for the kids to use. At night it was noisier than we’d have liked, as the apartment is right on the road. I can’t imagine being able to sleep in summer with the windows open.Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but with a few improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and comfort, it could be much better. ##### andrada k.
