This sought-after, luxurious property offers everything you need for a perfect Taupo escape. \- Spa-Pool for the ultimate unwind \- Luxurious, high-quality beds and bedding \- Indoor gas-fire & 3x heat-pumps/air-conditioning units \- 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms \- Options for different bedding configuration with beds that can be split or made together to suit your group \- Multiple outdoor entertaining areas \- Modern, high-quality furnishings \- Private, tree-lined oasis only 7 minutes from town centre \- Follow the walkway next to the property, and be at the lakes edge in just a few minutes \- Designer kitchen, plus additional kitchenette \- Lake views from the upstairs deck off the master suite \- Built-in Weber BBQ \- The Bay Bar & Brasserie (Restaurant), and the local general store is only 3 minutes from the house \- Internal garage This large 302sqm property has been designed to give guests plenty of space, and areas to spread out and relax. The entire home consists of the main house, and the upstairs self-contained loft – all of which you will have to yourself. The main house has 3 Bedrooms, main living area, kitchen/dining, 2 Bathrooms including the master suite with its own ensuite and sitting/reading area. The upstairs self-contained loft has 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Living area, and kitchenette. The loft would be ideal for a couple, small family, the grandparents or teens. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1x King Bed (Master suite with ensuite & private deck) Bedroom 2: 1x Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2x Singles (these can be made together as a King) Bedroom 4: 1x King Bed (can be split into 2x Singles) and 1x Double fold-out Sofa Bed which is only suitable for 1 - 2 children, or 1 adult only. If you require the beds to be split or put together, or if you require the sofa bed, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival. Wifi, Coffee machine, SKY TV, bedding, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil etc all included. The outdoor fireplace is not operational. The property is not fully-fenced and there is a steep part of the section near one of the decks which you will need to be mindful of with young children. Strictly no parties, events or loud groups permitted. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours. This is a smoke-free property. No pets allowed. A 2.3% surcharge is charged on all credit/debit card transactions. Everything about this house was fantastic - it is new and modern , so clean, private, spacious, sunny and had everything we needed!! it is a perfect place for a family or group - and lots of nice indoor and outdoor areas to relax , enjoy and get some sun !! Utensils, chattels and facilities were excellent and precisely what was needed, and often beyond. Decor tasteful. Outdoor living areas welcome. Serene and calm surrounds. The separate loft area above the garage was a welcome retreat for grand parents, desiring some solace and respite from their energetic grand children. Kitchen, dining and living areas were a great hub for our family gathering across 3 generations. Everyone got what they needed.
