Sacks of rubbish left, outdoor dining area unusable, dangerous shower, bedroom fans covered in thick dust and mould. Is not as described - is a mid terraced property, not semi-detached as the pictures suggest. Neighbours garden full of trade waste and arguing with each other so would have been unpleasant to sit outside. Undesirable area. Do not stay here.
