Nice eclectic resort with a good restaurant that has lots of interesting displays on local area, history and wildlife. Staff were friendly. Comfortable, clean rooms - was perfect for what we needed before taking off on a wilderness hike in the area.

Nice place in the middle of nowhere. Fair sized room, parking right out the door. Nice views. Room was cozy. Staff very helpful. Restaurant on site was great as well.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious. The place it self is stunning, although you cannot really see the view of the lake but you can peak thru the restaurant. The food are so good, the serving is big. Their pancakes are so delicious. I will recommend this place.

Staff were excellent, Room very clean. Beds very comfortable. Great home cooked meals. Sitting in the main lodge with a cup of coffee or a drink was so relaxing, loved it. If in the area will definitely come back.

Owners are awesome with great food. Rooms need updating. However I was able to get over that with the amazing Cinnabon. Walk to the lake spectacular view of the mountains

Very quaint motel and restaurant run by wonderful friendly family. Bonus is the multiple wildlife mounts. Including moose, sheep, goats, wolves and many more

The owner, Mary Wright, welcomed us with her beautiful smile and personality. The food was outstanding and the portions will leave no one hungry! The walk down to the lake was a bonus.

Tattoga Lake Resort was a great find for us—we needed a dog friendly location but with the restaurant on the property made it outstanding. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the food was a 10+. We stayed in the motel where our room was clean and ample, but we appreciated having easy access to the outdoors was a plus. More than enough room to walk the dogs down to the lake and around the property. Finding places to stay along Hwy 37 are sparse but Tattoga Lake Resort was a very pleasant surprise for us

A family run property. Owner Mary was very friendly and assisted us in obtaining an extra room. The restaurant provided good meals - Thanks to Tina. You can walk to the lake. Convenient location on the highway. The owners shared lots of interesting history of the place. The display of taxidermy of animals was awesome. We stayed for one night.

The people at the café where you check in were super nice and the food there was wonderful and plentiful. The accommodations, however, could use some attention. I was not uncomfortable sleeping in the bed but the bedding was mismatched and old. I was uncomfortable walking on the floor in my bare feet. It was a bit dirty and the shower curtain was covered in mildew. The only toiletry provided was a bottle of hand soap.
