« Le personnel est très attentif et même les vitres de l auto le matin sont déglacer avant de quitter. Plusieurs attention que nous ne retrouvons pas ailleurs!!, Les bains privés extérieurs sont très bien. Le seul bémol est que aucune chambre sauf les suites n ont de douche ni de bain donc si on prend une chambre standard nous devons aller nous laver dans les bains publics ... je n avais rien lu de cela sur la description de la chambre et pour avoir une douche privé nous avons du demander de...

« 1 nuit en demi-pension chambre japonaise vue sur lac, comme en 2018 & 2017. Intérêts : navette gratuite AR/ gare de Kami-Suwa, onsen un peu vieillot. Inconvénients : accueil uniquement en japonais contrairement aux 2 années précédentes, musique d'ambiance un peu crispante, menu du dîner servi en mini salles à manger et surtout identique en 2017, 2018 & 2019. Menu de qualité très moyenne (9 voyages au Japon, cela me permet de faire des comparaisons). Salle de bain privative sombre avec seulement...
