« We had a wonderful stay! The A/C was truly the trip saver during a hot and busy week. We were in town for a college drop-off and the location worked perfectly. In between lots of dorm shopping, we explored the area—highlights included a sunflower farm, Amish Country in Lancaster County, and even a longer drive for a beach day. « The host/property manager was communicative, responsive and all around wonderful. This property was perfectly located for the sites that we were visiting around De Sales University. The property was clean and as described. I do want to note that one of the bathrooms is a half bath with no shower and that the house is nestled between two senior living buildings and a busy route 378. Wonderful stay regardless!! »

« The host was super communicative, thorough and helpful! Check in process was smooth and the space is large, family-friendly with lots of options for sleeping with bunkbeds. It was too cold to hang out outside, but there was a playground and ample outdoor space for the kids to run around. There was also a bunch of toys in the finished basement, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was fully outfitted with utensils and dishes, just bring your own coffee! We would definitely book again! »

« In August 2025 we had the perfect family vacation at the River House. My family of 9, ranging in age from 9 to 77, spent 5 nights in Joan’s beautiful house. I am in a wheelchair and have never stayed at a more handicapped accessible rental. « Perfect place for our visit to the areafor Dorney Park (about a 15 minute drive) and Knoebel (a longer drive but worth it!). Closeto lots of restaurants and stores. The house is a great size- more than enough space for our family of 4 (mom, dad, 18 & 21 yr old sons). Very clean, had who we needed. Barrington was a great host, checked on us each day to make sure things were going well! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you! »
