« Four of us were down to fish a tournament on Patoka Lake. Shannon was great on the lead up communication and Collin got us and our boats situated. Could not have asked for a better location and hosts (including the guard dog)! Will definitely be staying there again next year. »

« Property was as advertised and very comfortable for our party of 5. Our schedule didn't allow us to explore the property's hiking, firepit & grill, but looked inviting nonetheless. Only comments would be master bath shower needs a really good cleaning. Downstairs shower curtain was discolored. Couple staying downstairs would've like to have a tv in their room. »

« Wanted a quiet getaway with my 80’s+ parents. Selected this particular property for that purpose. Excellent location, prime river views, quiet neighborhood, and well-appointed property. The river traffic was busy and the riverside firepit was enjoyed by all. Great stay! »

« This home has everything you need to have a great family gathering. Most importantly it was very clean. So many extras … the fully stocked kitchen, grills (2), the fire pit and fire table, the swings around the lighted fire pit, the hot tub, and so much more! This beautiful lake house was the perfect place for our large family gathering before the 2024 eclipse. All of us were impressed. Highly recommend.
