Well if I pay $21 for a 3km ride at the airport at 5am, I expect the taxi to be there on time. It never came and I am not even sure I will be reimbursed.

I asked them to clean the floor, becasue there was dust and hairs. But it took 3 days to be cleaned. Until the last day, the hand soap and body wash was not filled.
