This hotel exceeded our expectations! The buffet breakfast had an amazing variety of local foods as well as many international options such as scrambled eggs, danish, and much more. The hotel staff was always very friendly and responsive to any questions or help we might need. The rooms were large and very comfortable with beautiful views of the orthodox church across the street and the surrounding city. It is also located in a very safe and convenient part of the city. Amazing breakfast Staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke OK English. Generally quite with comfortable bed Very clean- credit to the housekeeping staff Negatives Apparently the hotel has been opened less than 2 years, however it already looks shabby and uncared for. There were scratches and chunks broken off the furniture and cracked tiles in the bathroom. The only storage for toiletries in the bathroom was a small shelf which was almost falling off the wall. Netflix not available in my room and the TV signal kept cutting out for some channels.
