Good location, spacious room
Spacious room, very clean. Enjoyed the pool area but pool too cold. Location good, pleasant Japanese Garden next door. 2 minutes walk to Bodmozor metro.

Good hotel but gym facilities are poor and airport taxi driver didn’t arrive, leaving me stranded at 4am in the rain despite pre booking weeks in advance. Room service offer could also be improved as restaurant downstairs is very good

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Curtains were stuck and not closing, electrical switches not working properly. I hanged the clean my room sign the whole day since morning and room service did not come.

Pleasant stay
It was a nice and pleasant stay. I liked the facilities and the hotel overall. Staff is hospitable, attentive and supportive of guests' needs. I'd like to mention Antar, Front Office receptionist, who helped me a lot on the last day to arrange my departure to the airport in the morning and supported with a piece of advice as per Yandex taxi booking. the standards are really kept high in the hotel and I appreciated my short but memorable stay in there. Thank you.

Great Hotel in a lovely city
I arrived past midnight and tired. I arranged a car from the hotel. I was so pleased to see my name as I walked out of the airport. Its my First visit to Tashkent and the people are so friendly. English is getting more popular. There is an exchange currency just behind the check in counter. So convenient. My room faced the TV tower. lovely view as it starts to twinkle just after dark. The entrance to the metro is just by the gate, the metro stations are lovely, you need to try them out. Its very central and convenient as we had business meetings and they are only at the most 10 mins away. Will definitely book there again. Oh and there is a lovely restaurant just across the street.

Hotel is in a good location, just walking distance to the metro. Staff were so professional for the hospitality. Other facilities like bar, gym, souna and swimming were great and clean. Enjoyed my staying there.

Excellent value for the money
This is my third time in the Tashkent International Hotel and I'm pleased by the efforts the hotel has made to improve the quality of the experience. Since our last stay, the hotel has dramatically improved the breakfast offerings. Previously, they'd completed a thorough renovation of the guest floors and rooms, which remain very elegant and well-appointed. My one suggestion to the hotel is to invest in a better-quality shampoo/conditioner/lotion/body wash product. This was the only let down for the stay.

Close to public transport, friendly staff, helpful with early check-in and was able to accommodate an early breakfast when we had to leave on a tour to Samarkand before the allocated breakfast time. Would love to stay again if we ever visit Uzbekistan again.

Generic Business Hotel
Really vanilla, slightly dated, experience. Not much to write. However: Pro's: The room was a good size and fairly recently renovated Staff were young but nice and helpful. Food in restaurant was OK, though they can't cook an omelette properly - it needs to be a little more cooked! Con's: It was quite expensive - but then all business hotels about the same. Booking a car was torturous as it needed to be paid in full in advance with a form to fill in Sign and scan - a tricky thing to do when on the move - get a taxi from the airport it's cheaper and less hassle They didn't have tonic water or ginger ale in the bar - they don't really understand the concept of 'mixed' drinks I think. Room service was incredibly expensive It's not bad but not great but then neither is the Radisson Blu and Wyndham - in this category. So take your pick, though availability may drive your decision anyway.

Service, like everywhere in Usbekistan, is understood differently than a Westerner might interpret the word. It’s more like „we do it when we feel like doing it“. But the staff is trying hard, it would appear it is a management issue. Nice property, pleasant to stay at and probably better than the big name brand hotels.

Truly underrated
I stayed at this hotel for about 5 times while I was on business assignments one tashkent. Hands down this is a much better hotel than Raddison just across the road. Rooms are spacious and all the decor are brand new. It’s well located, beside a small lake and Japanese Gardens. Within walking distance to good restaurants and exhibition centre. Staff are attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!
