Els Boscos 7 km from Tarragona: The Villa Pedro is a large single-family house with two storeys, built in 1980\. It offers a terraced garden, an angular swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.), and Internet Wifi. This vacation rental is suitable for accommodating 4 adults and 4 children.  
  
Outdoors  
The property is situated on the outskirts of Els Boscos de Tarragona, in a quiet and sunny position atop a hill, 2.5 km from the sea and the beach. It features a private, fenced property with a terraced garden and an outdoor shower. There is a stepped path with 15 steps leading to the house.  
  
Other Information  
There is public parking available on the road. Nearby amenities include a shop (1 km), a supermarket (500 m), a restaurant (1 km), and a bar (500 m). The owner does not accept youth groups, and the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected. The property is not suitable for small children.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The sandy beach "Cala Romana" is 2.5 km away, and a golf course is located 6 km from the property. Nearby attractions include Port Aventura-Ferrari Land, Jungle Trek, and Tarragona. The hiking path "La Mussara" is also within proximity.

Unit Layout  
You can find a spacious 6-room house with 265 m2 of space at "Villa Pedro". The living/dining room features digital TV and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace. There is one room with a french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm) and an exit to the terrace. Another room has two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and an exit to the terrace. The third room has a french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), while the fourth room contains 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusta) extra. There is also a bath/WC and a shower/WC on the same floor. On the lower ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you'll find a dining room with digital TV and an exit leading to the swimming pool, as well as a lounge area with an additional freezer.  
  
Amenities Included  
The "Villa Pedro" comes equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. Air conditioning is available throughout the property, and there is a washing machine for your convenience. Outdoor amenities include a barbecue area, deck chairs (2), and a private swimming pool with a distant view of the forest and the ocean. For families with young children, a children's high chair and a baby cot for up to 3-year-olds are provided. Other amenities include an iron, a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access.  
  
Other Information  
The "Villa Pedro" is a non-smoking property, making it suitable for families seeking a smoke-free environment.
