He met us two hours before regular check in time which we appreciated so much. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. There was even a washing machine and drying racks to save us finding a laundromat. The towel warmer in the bathroom finished drying our clothes before heading to the cruise terminal, which was right across the street!
