Gîte Champagne is a 50 m² single-level rental at the entrance of Banat in Tarascon-sur-Ariège, ideal for two guests. Enter through a bright veranda with mountain views, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The property features a fully equipped kitchenette, barbecue, washing machine, TV, fan, workspace, and Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing or remote work. Located near a main road, it’s a great base to explore Ariège: caves, waterfalls, Cathar castles, museums, climbing, caving, canyoning, cross-country skiing, and hiking trails. Towels are included; bed linen is available for an extra charge.  
  
Just 2 km from Tarascon, in Banat, Le Clos des Pradals welcomes you year-round on a 2,600 m² fenced, tree-filled property. Two independent, single-story rentals, each 50 m², provide privacy and open mountain views.  
  
A covered parking area is available for you, equipped with a barbecue, clothesline, loungers, and storage closet overlooking the lawn and plants. On the west side, enjoy a grassy area with trees and loungers where you can relax and take in the mountain scenery.
