« The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer. »

« Chambre petite. Lits confortables. Contrairement à ce qu'on avait compris lors de la réservation il n'y avait pas de cuisine. Ce n'était pas un studio mais une simple chambre. Nous nous sommes fait beaucoup piquer aux chevilles, au niveau des chaussettes, et à l'arrière des genoux... Pas d'eau chaude ( le système ne fonctionnait pas, on l'a signalé mais ils n'ont pas réglé le problème). « This hotel has been recently renovated and it feels like a completely different place. It is nothing like the old version. The hotel now is very clean, fairly quiet with comfortable rooms/beds, great showers, good WiFi, wonderful staff and is set at a very fair price. I know the city of Iquitos well and this is one of the best places you can stay, particularly if you’re just staying for a few nights. It’s in a very central location near everything you would want to be close to. Very safe also....

« Le personnel est très professionnel. La chambre ne correspond pas au descriptif du site internet. Chambre et environnement bruyant. J'ai payé plus cher que prévu sur internet parce qu'impossible de payer en dollars avec leur terminal de paiement. L'hôtel applique alors un taux de change désavantageux. »

"Chambre petite. Lits confortables. Contrairement à ce qu'on avait compris lors de la réservation il n'y avait pas de cuisine. Ce n'était pas un studio mais une simple chambre. Nous nous sommes fait beaucoup piquer aux chevilles, au niveau des chaussettes, et à l'arrière des genoux... Pas d'eau chaude ( le système ne fonctionnait pas, on l'a signalé mais ils n'ont pas réglé le problème). Il y a des affiches sur la porte d'entrée et sur la porte de la salle de bain signalant les tarifs en cas de drap ou serviettes salies et lors du chek out, ils ont vérifié avant de nous libérer !!! Le petit déjeuner est très bon. L'hôtel est bien placé. "
