Our Villa Palazzo di Costanza offers you a luxurious setting in the sunny Istrian village Vabriga, on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula. This stunning holiday villa features four bedrooms with private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, and a gorgeous garden with the pool and green hedge encircling it.  
With a great location in the Vabriga settlement and just 2 kilometers distance to the wonderful beaches, Villa Palazzo di Costanza is a perfect choice for all, whether families with or without children or for groups of adults.   
The nearby charming coastal towns Porec and Novigrad are only a 10-15 minute drive. Here you can experience the vibes of the Mediterranean old towns with cobblestone streets and row of restaurants with open-air terraces along the waterfront promenade.   
In the vicinity of the villa, you will find a large aquapark and many trails leading through breathtaking sceneries of olive groves and green valleys and hills. Thus, hiking and cycling are very popular activities here.  
Villa Palazzo di Costanza lays on a plot of 707 square meters and it features 263 square meters of living space, spread over two floors.   
The timeless design of the indoor space accompanies tended exterior. The highlight of the garden is the outdoor pool with the size of 33 square meters. Next to it, you will find a sunbathing platform, an alfresco dining area, and charcoal grill facilities.   
The whole yard is fenced and gated. It includes private parking for 2 cars.   
Stepping inside the Villa Palazzo di Costanza with the pool you enter your intimate world of comfort and luxury. A lavishly furnished living room blends perfectly with a dining area and flows to the state-of-the-art kitchen. Here you can show off your culinary skills or have a private chef hired to cook for you and your family!   
All four bedrooms come with private bathrooms and each of them has a super king-size bed. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, and three bedrooms are on the upper floor. There are internal and external stairs connecting the upper floor bedrooms with the indoor and outdoor living area.   
Villa Palazzo di Costanza with a pool is fully equipped, so you will find here everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, all appliances, and cooking utensils. Besides, here you will find the original Italian espresso coffee machine.
