Villa Fendt 2 near Porec and Novigrad is the vacation home you are looking for to spend a great vacation with family and friends! The lovely garden with refreshing private pool is the place where you will probably spend most of your vacation. The bright and modern villa offers a total of 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and space for up to 6 people. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor and each have access to the balcony. The bedroom on the second floor also has its own balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view while sipping your first coffee at sunrise. The living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen have everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. You will certainly feel right at home and spend the vacation you have been longing for in Villa Fendt 2! Villa Fendt 2 is located in Vabriga, between the romantic towns of Porec and Novigrad. The two famous Istrian towns are each only 7 km away from the villa and offer many opportunities for visitors right by the sea. Vabriga, on the other hand, is a rather quiet place where everything for daily needs is available - supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The west coast of Istria is ideal for culture enthusiasts, sports fans and active vacationers. Whether sightseeing, cycling, hiking, golfing, tennis, diving, free climbing or paragliding.
