### Elegant 4-BR Villa with Hydromassage Pool, Close to Beaches

Luxury Villa Itea invites you to a dream vacation in the fairytale town of Vabriga on the northwest coast of Istria.  
Villa Itea covers an area of 180 m² and is built in a contemporary style with contrasting surfaces of minimalist design, offering accommodation for up to 8 people. Of a total of 4 bedrooms with ensuite fully equipped bathrooms, one is located on the ground floor, and the other three on the upper floor of the villa. A washing machine and ironing board are at your disposal. Each room has its own private terrace with a view of the greenery and untouched nature.  
On the ground floor, there is a spacious dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room featuring a corner sofa, coffee table, fireplace, PlayStation, and board games.  
Outside, on the villa’s terrace, you'll find a beautiful 26 m² pool with a depth of 1.5 meters, including a hydromassage area on one side. There are 8 sun loungers around the pool, as well as an outdoor dining table and barbecue area.  
Villa Itea also offers a variety of entertainment facilities, including bicycles and electric scooters available free of charge. There are 3 private parking spaces within the fully fenced yard of the villa.In addition to a rich gastronomic offer and beautiful beaches at your fingertips, Istria offers you the opportunity to explore the many wine roads for which this Croatian region is famous.

#### Cozy, Beautiful & Perfect!

We absolutely fell in love with the house! Every corner is beautifully decorated and so cozy, it instantly felt like home. We especially enjoyed the little reading nook in the living room, our favorite spot to unwind with a cup of coffee. The pool and terrace were perfect for relaxing together, and we felt so comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Truly a special place we’d love to return to!

#### Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit! Tagsüber haben wir die Umgebung erkundet, waren aktiv und haben viele schöne Orte besucht. Aber wir haben uns immer wieder gefreut, zurückzukommen und den Pool zu genießen oder gemeinsam am Grill zu sitzen. Die Kinder liebten das Schwimmen, und für uns Erwachsene war es der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen nach einem aktiven Tag. Einfach ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!
