Inspired by the surrounding coastal woodlands and Tidewater heritage, the Foxtail Suite features three bedrooms with ensuite baths, a full kitchen, and inviting gathering spaces both indoors and out. Directions: From Tappahannock, take Route 17 North (Coastal Highway) for about 6 miles. Make a U-turn into the mid-road median onto Tidewater Trail (Route 607), and the property will be on the right at 16338 Tidewater Trail. Look for the signage marking Fern and Forest. You'll have the entire suite to yourself. Please note that there are two other units connected to this property. The home has keyless entry and doorbell video surveillance for security. Shared Laundry Room: There is a shared laundry room attached to this unit that the cleaners can also access. There is a unique passcode to get into the laundry room for guests and cleaners, which is different and therefore will keep your unit non-accessible without the prior passcode. Illegal substances and activities are prohibited. ✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT - Upon booking, guests will be required to sign a property rental agreement with the house rules. No door codes or property address will be given without this. ✹ PET POLICY - To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, animals are not permitted at the property. The only exception is for trained service animals, which must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
