I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Taiwan, and I was truly impressed by the outstanding service from the entire team. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and stress-free stay. One particular moment that stood out was when I needed help coordinating transportation for the high-speed train. Not only did they assist me with all the details, but one of the front desk staff even walked across to a 7-Eleven to personally pick up my ticket, a gesture that I deeply appreciated. A special thank you to Vivian Wen, whose dedication, kindness, and professionalism made a lasting impression. While I didn’t catch the names of the other helpful team members at the front desk, they were equally courteous and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again. It doesn’t not provide good service with international reservation and they asked extras fee even you have paid taxes during online reservations… i don’t recommend to be here again.
